Who we are

Pimi Construction is PIMI CONSTRUCTION LTD, company number 15934721. Pimi is the controller responsible for its enquiries and website marketing. Xiza hosts and processes information for Pimi to provide these services. You can contact Steven using the details below about information sent through this website.

The registered office is 2 Meyer Green, Enfield, England EN1 4NG.

You can contact us about this notice at [email protected] or on +44 7955 367007.

Information we collect

Contact and quote forms ask for your name, email address, project details and the service you are interested in. The phone field is optional. Service is optional on the contact form and required on quote pages.

If you choose Marketing in Cookie settings, and the relevant tools are set up, the website may note which pages you view, how far you scroll, which sections you see, when you use a form, click a contact link or appear to leave a page. It may also save a random code for your browser and another for your visit, read a code from some tracked links, and record page titles and addresses, the page you came from, screen size, campaign details, and the text and destination of a button or link.

If you call, text or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to tell us. Your phone, text-message or WhatsApp provider handles that communication under its own terms.

Vercel hosts the website and handles information needed to load it, such as your IP address and details sent by your browser.

How we use information and our lawful bases

We use form details to read and reply to your enquiry and, when relevant, prepare or discuss a quote. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing messages; the form disclosure explains how your message is sent.

Xiza uses Pimi enquiry and website-visitor information only to provide Pimi's website and marketing.

  • For enquiries, including requests for quotes, we rely on our legitimate interest in reading and responding to the request you sent us.
  • For optional analytics and advertising measurement, we rely on your consent, with Marketing off unless you choose it.

Our reason for answering your enquiry is separate from your choice about optional tracking. Cookies, pixels, tags and similar storage or access on your device remain subject to the applicable consent rules; sending an enquiry does not give permission for optional tracking.

Where information is sent and who receives it

  • If the website accepts your form, it sends your details by email through Resend to Steven at Pimi Construction and Misha at Xiza, who supports this website. The form service does not save the enquiry to a Pimi database. The email service and the recipients may keep copies of the message.
  • Vercel hosts the website and Xiza's analytics service. The inspected server region for both is in the United States. Records of activity on this website have also been verified in storage hosted in London. Other processing locations and transfer arrangements are still being checked for the final notice.
  • The form service ignores extra browser and visit details supplied with an enquiry and does not send your enquiry details to the activity tracker. Optional website measurement runs separately and only when Marketing is on. This does not make the separate activity records anonymous.
  • If Marketing is on, the website sends information about website use and browser codes to Xiza's analytics service, which stores activity, browser and visit records using Supabase. Some tracked links can connect that activity with existing records about a visitor. This information is linkable, rather than anonymous. The website may also request Google's tool for loading other tracking tools, as explained below.
  • Your phone or messaging provider handles calls, texts and WhatsApp messages when you choose to contact us that way.

How long we keep information

Old enquiry emails are not deleted on a set schedule. They may remain in the recipients' inboxes unless deleted.

Our policy is to retain first-party website analytics and event records for three years for longer-term usage and conversion reporting. The deletion arrangements needed to put that policy into practice are still being verified.

The optional browser recognition code has no automatic expiry in this website's code. It can remain until browser storage is cleared. Turning Marketing off stops optional tracking but does not itself delete information already stored on a server. Retention and deletion arrangements for provider copies and hosting records are still being verified.

Cookies and your choices

You can choose “Essential and statistics only”, “Accept all” or “Select options”. Statistics is unavailable, so choosing it does not start a separate activity tracker. Marketing starts off and only runs if you choose it. The website saves your choice in your browser, not in one of its own cookies. If your browser cannot save a choice to refuse Marketing, Marketing stays off for that visit and you may need to choose again next time. If you turn Marketing on, the separate activity tracker may save one random code for your browser and another for your visit. Other tracking tools may use cookies or similar ways of storing information in your browser.

When Marketing is off, the separate activity tracker does not start. If Google's tool for loading other tracking tools is set up, the website first sets Google's four measurement and advertising choices to off, then applies any choice you already saved before requesting the tool. On your first visit, the website may request it before you make a choice. These off settings do not prevent the request or tell us what the tool does after loading; its contents and actions are managed outside this website.

When you turn Marketing on, the website sets those Google choices to allowed and starts its separate activity tracker if it is set up. That tracker may use the browser codes and send the activity described above. Turning Marketing off sets the Google choices back to off and stops the separate tracker.

The website also makes a small record when a form is accepted or you tap a call, text or WhatsApp link. This happens even if Marketing is off. A form record says which form and service you used and includes a random code, but not what you entered. A contact-link record says which kind of link you tapped, where it appeared and the service. If Google's tool for loading other tracking tools is set up, those tools may read these records. The final notice must reflect the verified live Google settings; a contact-link tap does not show that a call or message was completed.

You can change or withdraw your Marketing choice at any time using the Cookie settings button at the bottom of a page. Go to Cookie settings.

Your rights

You may ask us to:

  • give you a copy of your personal information (access) or correct information that is wrong or incomplete (rectification);
  • erase your information (erasure) or limit how it is used (restriction), where the law allows;
  • stop certain uses of your information where you have the right to object (objection); or
  • provide or transfer a portable copy (data portability), where that right applies.

You can withdraw consent at any time. To stop optional Marketing tracking, change your choice in Cookie settings. Other rights depend on the situation and the reason we use your information.

To make a request, email [email protected]. You can also write to PIMI CONSTRUCTION LTD at 2 Meyer Green, Enfield, England EN1 4NG.

Questions or complaints

Please contact us first if you have a question or concern. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Information about making a complaint is at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
